Founder & CEO

Dr. Justin D. Key founded Black Theorem Co. in 2020, building on nearly a decade of privately sourced consulting work that began in 2017. Based in Los Angeles, Black Theorem is a progressive consulting firm at the intersection of leadership, mindset, and inclusive innovation, built for the complexity of today's world.

A keynote speaker, global consultant, and creative multi-hyphenate, Justin brings close to two decades of experience spanning entertainment, corporate America, STEM, and higher education. His rare combination of performing arts, mathematics, and business equips him to approach every challenge with both creative instinct and analytical precision, helping leaders think differently so they can lead differently.

Through Black Theorem, Justin has partnered with Fortune 500 corporations, global organizations, HBCUs, Ivy Leagues, startups, and Hollywood creatives, guiding thousands of leaders to build inclusive cultures, challenge assumptions, and treat curiosity as the driver of real innovation.
